Shooting Tiffany and Ryan’s wedding photos in Newport, RI was a wonderful experience. We felt like family with Tiff and Ryan. They’re such a laid back and fun couple that it doesn’t seem right that this was actually “work” for us. Let’s jump into this one…

With Tiff and Ryan’s wedding being on Saturday morning, Big Joe and I hit the road on Friday and headed to Newport, RI. We arrived at Ocean Cliff, just in time to catch their rehearsal and finally meet them. After about 30 seconds in their presence I knew Saturday was going to be a blast and it was. We set off the morning in Tiff’s bridal suite which was like 2 rooms down the hall from mine. If you don’t count the drive to Newport it was the shortest trip ever to begin a wedding 😉 Once Tiff and her ladies were all dressed and ready we headed downstairs for some pre-ceremony photos. After that, it was ceremony time! Tiff’s father was the ceremony officiant which was a nice and personal touch to their wedding. After the ceremony we hopped in a trolly and headed down the road to the rocks and a great view of the water. Shooting bride and groom photos at 12:30pm typically isn’t ideal, however mother nature worked with us. The sun was perfectly diffused by some clouds but we still had a blue sky. Talk about perfection! I love all of the images I captured of these guys!
I cannot thank Tiffany and Ryan enough for bringing us out to Newport, RI for their wedding. Working with them at the beautiful Ocean Cliff was a real treat and a great way to set off the summer season. Sersiouly thank you both so much for sharing Newport and all its beauty with us. We wish you nothing but the absolute best in years to come. Keep smiling.
