colleen and steve’s albany engagement session
Last Wednesday I set my facebook status to “bout to go sweat my ass off and shoot an engagement session tonight… it should be hot one ;)” . . . and it was. In my car on the way to this session it was 99 degrees. So what do you do? Simple, make some hot photos. 😉
Colleen and Steve met at the college of Saint Rose which is why we started the session there. Steve actually plays professional basketball in Europe, most recently in Spain, during the summer months he runs camps, clinics, and workouts for players of all ages. You can peep his website Dags Basketball for more info. We did have a great time at the session regardless of all that heat! These two will tie the knot in August so stay tuned for their wedding images a couple months from now. Should be a fun one no doubt! Thanks to you guys for having me capture these photos for you. It was a good time and we’ll be seeing you soon!
Meet Colleen and Steve..
I loved their first outfits. (maybe cause I have that same shirt. Steve’s, not Colleens!) They worked great for a summer session!
I never realized how photogenic the campus of Saint Rose was..
I loved the lighting in this little spot..
Hottie alert! The eyes are just off the hook! Makeup by Erin Marzilli
After the Saint Rose session we graduated to our downtown location…
Great light per usual in downtown.
This is one of my favorites from the session.
If you know me you know I love the “almost kiss” way more than the actual kiss..
The pattern all the steeps make is just perfect. I love how comfortable they were here.
Ah!! This one is just super fun!
Go on, get your Elario configuration on.
This is a classic downtown Albany location. My father got one of his most famous images here many light years ago when I was probably in middle school. This spot never disappoints.
and of course we end all my engagement sessions with my token “bling shot”
and the turn around.. I wore this shirt for Lianne 😉 (inside joke)
