Last year we hosted a spring mixer here at our space with an organization which is now no more. Last year, after the mixer Big Joe said to me “we need to make this an annual thing but make it our own event”. I could not agree more and so the 2nd annual Elario Spring Mixer was born!
There are many people to thank for all the help that went into making this event possible. I’ll start with Christine Wheat. Christine helped coordinate all the moving parts and details at the event. Every time we work together I love how she and her staff never miss a detail! Then came none other than Mazzone Hospitality. Connie, from Mazzone worked with us on the food and beverage and as always they knocked it out of the park. The mac and cheese bar was off the hook! All of our tables, chairs, lounge furniture and up-lights came from our friends at Clifton Park Rental. While we’re on decor I’d like to thank Fleurtacious Designs for the flowers and linens, the place seriously looked amazing! The food signs and all other signage came from our very own Jenny Shea of Jenny C Design, check her out for all your stationery needs. The yummy gluten free treats came from Different Blend Bakery. I’d also like to thank my friend and colleague DJ Vinny Vin of NonStop Music. Vinny came up to me last years event and was like “buddy, you know I’m gonna DJ this piece next year!” and that he did! My favorite part of the event was looking over to Vinny’s booth and seeing a bunch of people dancing! It was so much fun! Last but not least I’d like to thank our staff, Jamie, Jenny, Hayden and Hanisha you Elario girls are the bomb! Thanks for all your help with everything!!
In closing, I’ll say this event was a mega hit and everyone who came out will tell you they had a blast. We’re so happy to have so many amazing professionals in our area we can call friends. If you missed the event you wont wanna miss next years! Thanks again for coming by!
Peace,
JP
