Sarah and Mike were the first couple to lock us down in 2013. Over two years ago we sat and met with the young lovers 😉 in our office. Since then we all waited for Saturday October 5th, 2013 to come. In the meantime, I shot their engagement session too! That was a fun one for sure! But back to wedding day… we set off the day at Sarah’s mothers home in Averill Park. All the girls were running around the house like bridesmaids do getting ready to rock out some photos with me. We worked out front of the home which had some beautiful fall colors and Miss Sarah was looking quite lovely too!
Next stop, Mohawk River Country Club! When we got to the club we scouted out the lay of the land and figured out where we would do our first look, and then the rain came. Seriously mother nature? You rain when it calls for no joke a ZERO (0%) percent chance of rain! Thats just crazy stuff! Whatever… it passed and it all worked out in the end as it always does. I’d like to thank Sarah for trusting me when I suggested we cross the street and head into the woods. The color was amazing over there and we just had to do it. After that the ceremony took place. It was moved inside to be cautious incase the rain decided to come back. After that, it was party time! DJ Music Man Mike Garrasi was in the house which always makes for a fun evening.
Sarah and Mike, thank you both for trusting us over two years ago when locking down your wedding. Getting to know you both was awesome and capturing your engagement shoot and wedding was even more awesome! You’re both so fun and come from great families. We all wish you the very best in all the years ahead. Keep smiling.
To bring you all up to speed this was from their engagement session last year..
